Added the west-side concession stand and restrooms to the Main Arena and constructed the Indoor Expo Hall and offices.
Built the recreational vehicle park.
Built the Pavilion (stall barns) and added the east-side concession stand.
Widened the Main Arena to include box seats, adding new tarmac and repairing roof damages from Winter Storm Uri.
